When organizing an

and disadvantages to take in consideration in order to move on with the

able to convince enough people to come to the event might occur.
Opportunities of contacting another organization and them helping
sponsor some of the teams is a one of the things to keep in consideration.
Threat that any outdoor event faces is with climate, where lately the
climate has been out of control and is very hard to predict whether it is going
